I have enjoyed many years working at large to medium size global companies in various industries including high tech, manufacturing and construction. At these companies I have held a number of finance and operations positions of increasing scope and responsibility. Some of my areas of focus have included:

Project Management
  • Led 3 global cash management system implementations on time and on budget
  • Led a travel and entertainment card program implementation in   two countries for over two thousand card holders

Capital Raising
  • Raised $500M of unsecured credit in a distressed banking                 environment during the financial crisis 

Stock Administration
  • Implemented a restricted stock equity compensation program and     a restricted employee stock purchase plan saving $500K per qtr.

In each of my roles I have exceled at implementing best practices resulting in process improvement, increased efficiency and cost savings. I am capable of developing and guiding teams and serving as a valued contributor in any capacity related to financial operations, project and operations management, risk management & insurance, treasury, benefits administration, compliance and audit.

What do you do with your spare time?
As a fitness instructor for over 20 years, I enjoy exercising everyday. I also like to attend sporting events- especially college basketball, and I'm a soccer mom.
What are you working on right now?
I am currently using my financial and operations expertise in the education sector.
